The salon opened on July 16, 2019, founded by Kelly Riccelli, a licensed stylist with years of South Florida salon experience. It has grown from its founding team to include hair stylists, nail technicians, estheticians and beauty specialists, all working from its single location in Weston.

Every visit starts with a conversation about the client's goal, their current hair or skin condition and how much maintenance they want to do at home. Consultations before services are complimentary. A consultation is recommended or required before color corrections, major color changes, blonding, hair extensions, significant haircut changes and bridal packages, and hair color appointments begin with an assessment of hair condition and color history. Color formulas and techniques are customized to each client rather than taken from a standard chart, and color packages are priced at consultation based on hair length, density and how much lightening is needed. Some major transformations may take more than one appointment.

Color and blonding are the salon's main specialties, and the team also offers extensions using Bellami hair, including weft, K-tip, I-tip and tape-in methods. Beyond hair, the salon offers manicures and pedicures, facials, waxing, brow services, lash services and makeup, including bridal and special-event work.

Booking can be done online at any time or by calling 954-389-4888. The salon asks for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or changes may be charged 50 percent of the scheduled service, and a no-show may be charged the full price. Each client receives one grace appointment per year for a last-minute change without a fee, and exceptions are considered case by case. A submitted inquiry does not confirm an appointment until the team responds directly. Clients leave with personalized aftercare guidance, and rebooking before leaving is encouraged. The salon also stocks professional retail products for home care.

Each service begins with a conversation about the client's goals and condition, and the salon tailors its color, nail and brow work to the individual rather than a fixed standard.
