The salon's stated aim is to combine hair design, scalp analysis, head spa treatments and premium haircare with a personalized approach to each guest. Complimentary consultations let guests review process, pricing and questions before booking, and head spa visits begin with a scalp scan analysis and a consultation.

Head spa treatments are a central part of the menu. The Luxury Scalp and Hair Renewal runs 55 minutes and the Brief and Boujee express treatment runs 25 minutes. A blowdry can be added to either, and guests receive 10% off a blowdry added to a head spa service. Custom luxury prescriptions can be paired with a head spa, drawing on options such as Caviar, Premiere, Symbiose, Amika Reset, Celulas Madre, Nutrafol Scalp Therapy and Oribe Signature Ritual, and Fusio-Dose can be added for custom combinations of concentrates and boosters.

Listed prices are starting prices and vary by hair length, density and technique. Color corrections and blonding are charged hourly, so an exact price cannot be given in advance. Hair extensions (K-Tip, hand-tied weft and tape-in) are priced by method, length and customization, beginning with a consultation for a personalized quote. Online booking covers head spa treatments, haircuts and blowouts, while color services are booked by phone or the contact form. Walk-ins are welcome, though booking ahead is recommended. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged the full scheduled service.

Balayage and highlight clients are offered a beverage on arrival, and coffee is complimentary for guests waiting or relaxing. Gift cards are available in physical and online form. Haircare products can be bought through the salon's online shop, and products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused and sealed.
