Appointments can be booked by phone, in person or online through Vagaro, though online booking covers only a limited set of services and the rest must be booked by calling the salon. Appointments are highly recommended, and walk-ins are taken when an opening or cancellation comes up. Because stylists have different specialties, clients looking for short hair or children's cuts are advised to call ahead. Services are offered for all genders and ages. Space is limited, so extra guests are not allowed with clients, with an exception for clients under 18 who are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Quotes are not given over the phone. A free in-person consultation is available for anyone who wants an exact price. Services begin at a base rate, and pricing is not based on gender. Bookings of three hours or longer need a deposit, which can be paid in person or by phone. To keep the deposit, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours ahead. Payment can be made by major credit card, cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a Salon Mixx gift certificate. Gift certificates are bought in person and do not cover gratuities. The salon prefers tips in cash or sent via Zelle.

The salon says it guarantees its work. The salon does not offer refunds. Students with an NSU or BC student ID receive 10% off a haircut or styling service. The salon describes its stylists as among the city's top.
