Color is the main focus. Services include single-process color, dimensional color, highlights, lowlights, balayage, glosses, retouches and custom color blends, and color can be booked alone or with a haircut. New clients can start with a free 15-minute color consultation with a stylist of their choice. A new client color service begins at $185 and includes extra time for consultation and application; the final cost depends on the technique and the result wanted, and major changes generally take repeat visits.
Haircuts cover precision cuts, classic trims and bolder styles, shaped to hair type and face shape. Haircut + Style starts at $80 and includes shampoo, wet and dry cutting, and a blow dry and styling. A Dry Haircut starts at $65 for a quicker cut without shampoo or styling, and bang trims between cuts are booked by phone. Curly Cut + Style, starting at $102, is for curly or textured hair.
Blowouts and treatments include blowouts from $50, booked by phone and including a consultation, cleansing and styling. The Keratin Treatment starts at $345; it is applied after a consultation and cleansing, heat-sealed to smooth frizz and add shine, and results last up to 8 to 12 weeks.
The salon has two free parking spaces directly in front, subject to street cleaning days and posted hours. Paid parking is also available nearby through the Park Columbus app, and the salon suggests Forsythe Street as an alternative. Hours are Tuesday 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM; the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations under 24 hours are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows or cancellations under 2 hours are charged the full price. Cancellations can be made online more than 48 hours ahead. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Supervised children are welcome; pets are not, except service animals. Service concerns must be reported within 7 days, and a free correction is offered when the issue comes from the salon's work rather than a new style or a change of mind.
