Every new client starts with an initial consultation, for which a basic $50 fee is charged and applied to the service or product fee. Extension pricing is set during that evaluation, when the system, method and colors are chosen for the client's hair and routine. Cuts and color are priced separately from extension installation. Hair needs at least one to two inches of natural length as a foundation.

Imported hair is hand-colored strand by strand, and custom and red shades are matched to the client's shade and texture. Extensions can be reused for up to a year if treated and cared for correctly, and re-application is usually needed every 14 to 16 weeks, depending on the method. Extension hair carries a one-year warranty. After the first installation, clients receive educational materials, products and tools for at-home care.

Beyond extensions, the studio does color correction, including blonde correction, transitions from blonde to red, and fixing color work done by other salons. It also offers smoothing and conditioning treatments for curly and textured hair. The hair restoration and regrowth program is described as five steps covering scalp health, regrowth and individualized care, with infrared, laser, cold laser and red light therapy available for clients working on regrowth. A trichology assessment uses a microscope to examine the scalp, and a naturopathic root-cause session is offered for hair and scalp concerns. Nutritional and wellness coaching, including a one-on-one session, is also available.

The studio also teaches. Affiliated organizations listed on the site include the SuperHairoes Foundation, which is described as a 501(c)(3) and supplies wigs and hair pieces for people who have lost hair, along with New Dimension Salon, Phoenix Extensions Training and the Trichotillio Forum.
