The salon is owned by TK, who is listed as its CEO. Extensions are the core of the business, installed with several methods including Keratin Cold Fusion, Natural Beaded Rows, Invisible Beaded Rows, Strand by Strand, tape-in and wefted sew-in, and it also works with a range of named extension systems. Most extension methods include color and cut. Extension color is custom blended and colored in the salon before application. The salon does not move hair up; all hair is removed and reinstalled manually in sections. It recommends having hair cut, colored and extended at the same salon, and it requires at least one to two inches of hair as a foundation.

Upkeep is part of the plan. Strand by Strand extensions use small copper capsules and are maintained about every three months, while other methods are maintained roughly every four to six weeks. Monthly ionic extension treatments are offered to help maintain extensions, and the salon's extensions carry a one-year warranty. According to the salon, lighter shades can be reapplied up to two times and darker shades up to three, provided the aftercare policy given at the appointment is followed. Color corrections may take more than one session, sometimes two to three or more, depending on hair type, condition, color and toner.

Beyond extensions, the salon provides color correction and extension repair, plus precision cutting and corrective work for clients whose extensions were cut by another stylist. Its holistic hair and scalp treatments include Scalp Renew and Holistic Hair Repair, and its gloss menu includes a 45-minute Tone & Gloss Express. The salon also lists hair IV therapy, infrared light therapy and stem cell therapy among its holistic offerings, and runs hair extension workshops and education. It works with people experiencing hair loss and, through giving-back programs, supports hair-loss and medically challenged communities.
