New clients begin with an in-person consultation, which sets an exact quote and is required before a blonding appointment. Clients who have had professional color before are asked to book a test strand first. Box dye corrections are not accepted.

Haircut options run from a dry clean-up for returning clients, who should be due about 8 to 12 weeks after their last cut, to a Signature Haircut with a mini consultation, wash, customized cut and blow-dry. The Deluxe Custom Haircut adds a wash with scalp massage and a hair treatment of the client's choice. A bang trim can be booked alone or added to another visit.

Color and blonding range from grey coverage root touch-ups and toner refreshes to solid color, partial and full custom blonding, and a TLC visit for balayage clients between blonding appointments. Scalp treatments address dry scalp, dandruff or itchiness, alone or combined with a haircut. Deposits are required for most color and blonding services and are non-refundable.

Consultations come before booking, with exact quotes and test strands for clients with prior color work.
