Bookings are made by calling or texting the salon with your name, the services you want, and a preferred date and time. New clients need a consultation before appointments are confirmed and are asked to bring inspiration photos, send photos of their current hair in natural light, and share a one to two year color history, including whether earlier services were done at a salon. A credit card is needed to hold an appointment but is not charged unless the appointment is cancelled or changed outside the policy. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and booking deposits are non-refundable. Children are asked to stay home.
Color services include lived-in full and partial custom color, a single color root retouch, and root smudge with toner for those keeping natural color through grow-out and sun-kissed ends. Lived-in full color is designed to last and usually needs one to two visits a year, while partial color is maintained every 12 to 15 weeks. Hair extensions are offered in Hand-Tied and Genius Weft styles, with first installs priced per row and maintenance move-ups priced per row. Extension pricing for 14, 18 and 22 inch lengths is quoted by phone after a consultation, depending on color, length, thickness and number of rows.
The owner says she aims to use the healthiest extension methods available and to keep extension pricing affordable. Extension care uses salon-exclusive products that are described as paraben and sulfate free with low to zero alcohol content.
