Hair by Nico is an exclusive salon loft in Hollywood, on the upper floors of the 1600 Vine Residences above Trader Joe's. The salon was established in 2002 and is run by its owner and founder, Nico, who does the cutting himself.

Visits are by appointment only. Clients book by texting Nico directly or reaching out through WhatsApp. The salon describes its experience as first class and bespoke, shaped around each client's preferences, and calls itself a well-kept secret in Los Angeles.

Precision cutting is the core of the work. Haircuts are booked as one service at one time and price, regardless of how much length is removed, and include shampoo, conditioning, combing, sectioning, cutting and a basic blow dry. Trims for beards and fringes are also offered, along with deep conditioning, demi-permanent color and Brazilian Blowout treatments.
