First-time guests can book a free 15-minute new guest consultation before their first service. The studio works with people looking for a subtle refresh as well as those wanting a complete transformation.

Bookings are made through the studio's Glossgenius page, or by phone, text or email. The studio is open Monday from 12:30 to 7:30, Wednesday from 10 to 6, and Thursday from 10 to 6:30, and is closed Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. A 30% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

Listens closely to what each client wants, then tailors color and cut to aim for healthy results suited to that person.
