The salon says its goal is to give every client the highest quality experience it can. It runs on a good vibes only policy, with the aim of a positive visit for every guest. The atmosphere is cozy, with coffee offered to guests and a setting meant to feel relaxed and like home. Guests can also book off-site bridal services for groups of 10 or more.

Stylists are grouped as Senior, Master or Expert, a ranking the salon bases on experience, reputation and demand. Hair services include women's and men's cuts, a child cut for ages 8 and under, curly or straight heat styling, up-dos, root retouches, partial and full highlights, and partial and full balayage. Extensions are offered as tape-ins, keratin bonds and hand-tied installs, with a free extension consultation that can be booked on the website. Lash extensions, lash touch-ups and facial waxing are also offered.

Beyond hair, the salon offers a head spa, a repair hydrating mask, a scalp care rehab treatment and a Keratriplex strengthening treatment. Massage options include relaxation, therapeutic, combo massage with Reiki, and prenatal massage. Gift cards are available.

Service prices are starting prices and can change depending on hair length, time and product used. Extension prices are charged per hour, do not include the hair itself, and may vary after consultation. Open Tuesday and Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday and Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The salon is closed Sunday and Monday.
