Haircuts range from a short-hair cut to a longer, heavier-hair service, and styling includes a classic blowout with ironwork.

Clients book online through the salon's Glossgenius page or join a waitlist. The salon is open Monday mornings, Tuesday afternoons and evenings, Wednesday and Thursday until early afternoon, and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Sundays.

Before a color appointment, clients can take a free consultation of about 15 minutes to talk through the cost of the service, what upkeep to expect and how to care for color at home. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice or not showing up means paying half of the missed appointment before another can be booked, and that payment does not count toward the next visit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the appointment is moved to another day, after a $65 late fee. Clients are asked not to bring children.
