The salon is open Tuesday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 6pm, and is closed Monday and Sunday. Hours vary by stylist. Clients book through the booking page, where each stylist has their own booking link, and a credit card is required to hold a booking. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; later changes are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Prices are starting-at prices and vary by stylist.

Haircuts include a blowdry, and clients don't need to wash their hair beforehand unless it can't be brushed out. Color services don't include a blowdry and style, except balayage, which does. A color and cut takes about two and a half hours from the start of service.

The salon says it values continuing education for its stylists, and new team members are introduced to the product range and its retail service philosophy. The academy offers beginner and advanced courses taught by the salon's specialists, with theory and hands-on practice, and a request form helps people choose a course.
