Coloring runs from root touch-ups and partial or full highlights to all over color and ombré or balayage finished with a toner. Corrective color is not priced at a set rate and is quoted after a consultation.

Perms include men's and women's curl perms, digital or setting curls, a semi straight or Brazilian blowout, and permanent straightening such as the Magic Japanese straight. Each of these includes a haircut. Blowouts and curls or flat iron styling are also offered, with curls or flat iron available as an add-on to other services. The salon does not offer up-dos.

Listed prices are starting prices. Longer or thicker hair can add to the cost, and a personalized quote is given during the consultation. Consultation fees are non-refundable but are credited toward the service when it begins within 30 calendar days.

The salon no longer offers hair extension or wig services, and bookings for those may be cancelled. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the scheduled service, no-shows are charged the full amount, and clients more than 10 minutes late must reschedule and are charged 50%. Services are final and non-refundable. Execution problems can receive a corrective touch-up at no added cost if requested within 48 hours; requests to change style or color, or made after 14 days, are not covered. Unopened products in original packaging can be exchanged in store within 14 days, without cash or card refunds. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
