Each appointment starts with a shampoo and wash, then a steam treatment and scalp detox to remove product buildup. A scalp analysis under a microscopic scope comes next, and a treatment plan is recommended from what it shows.

The Exotic Bundles menu covers tape-in extensions, full-set clip-ins, and curl and wave bundles, priced from $90 to $150. The ColorPop Package lets clients choose a shade, with bundles or wigs dyed to match before they ship and 10% off the order applied automatically. Clients who are unsure of a color can message the salon, which identifies a shade and provides an estimate. Visitors to the DFW area are asked to book a service and order custom-dyed hair for pickup at least two weeks in advance.

Booking hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Services require a non-refundable 30% deposit, deducted from the final balance. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, otherwise the remaining 70% of the service cost is charged to the card on file. An appointment is cancelled if the client is 20 or more minutes late without an update. Appointments are for the client alone unless a child or companion has been discussed with the stylist beforehand. Accepted payments are Square, Zelle, Cash App, debit card, and cash.

Each service starts with a consultation and close attention to detail, with scalp care built into every visit.
