Most install services use hair the salon sources as bundles or packs, and some wig services ask clients to bring their own hair. Quick weaves can be booked with or without a leave-out, and shampoo is included. For quick weaves the salon names Dreamweaver, Mylk, Janet and Remi as preferred brands.

The salon is open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Saturdays are walk-in only, and appointments requested for that day are declined. Deposits are non-refundable and can be reused within one month of the scheduled appointment. To reschedule, clients need to tell the salon at least 24 hours ahead so the deposit can go toward the new booking.

Guests who are not being serviced may not come along, and children are welcome only when they are having a service. Lace closures and frontals must be new, as the salon does not work on units brought in from elsewhere. Clients planning to drop off a closure should message the salon first to confirm it is open.
