Several longer services begin with a conversation. K-tip work starts with a $50 consultation held by FaceTime, followed by a non-refundable $300 deposit to secure the install, and full-head K-tips at $2,500 require a consultation and a $500 deposit. A standard consultation is $50 with a $40 deposit, and the restoration silk press includes a personalized consultation.

Prices vary by service. Cassie Braids is listed at $280 and takes about three hours, with hair available for an extra $200. Glue-less install is $400 without hair bundles, and three bundles start at $200 due at booking. Silk press options are $240 for standard, $250 for deluxe, and from $250 for restoration. Sew-in refreshers and touch-ups are each $150.

Booking requires a deposit, with amounts that differ by service. A valid card on file is needed for every appointment. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are charged the full service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Guests are welcome only when they are receiving a service, and clients are asked to arrive on time.

The salon is open Monday and Tuesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 11 PM. It is closed on Sundays.
