Hair packages are sold for installs in Vietnamese curly and Indonesian wave textures, in lengths from 16 to 24 inches. Packages are washed before installation. The salon says that with proper care, Vietnamese curly can last four to five months or longer, and Indonesian wave can last a year or more. The salon describes the packages as a luxury experience at an accessible price.

Quick weave maintenance extends a quick weave by up to two weeks, and the salon calls it an exclusive service that is not commonly offered. Sew-ins can last six to eight weeks, with maintenance suggested around four to six weeks and removal no later than six weeks.

Policies are set out in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and a no-call, no-show is charged a 50% service fee. Appointments are canceled after a 10-minute delay. Clients must arrive with hair fully detangled or a $50 detangling fee applies, and a $50 fee applies to squeeze-ins. Add-ons must be selected at booking. Sew-ins with pack hair or low-quality hair are not offered, and previously used bundles are accepted only for quick weaves.
