Color is at the center of the menu. Options run from root touch-ups, gloss and babylights to partial and full foil, balayage, and bleach with toner. The salon aims for color that looks high-end without looking overdone, and blonde shades are adjusted to what a client asks for.

Every service comes with complimentary refreshments, a hot towel and a scalp massage. Products used during a service are reviewed afterward, and most can be bought at the salon. New clients are asked to send details of the service they want, plus photos of their current and goal hair, after booking. A first visit includes a complimentary 30-minute consultation, so clients should plan for extra time.

Clients are asked to book their next appointment before leaving. The salon suggests a maintenance rhythm: touch-ups every 4 to 6 weeks, toner every 4 to 8 weeks, highlights every 6 to 8 weeks, balayage every 10 to 16 weeks, extensions every 6 to 10 weeks and haircuts every 8 to 12 weeks.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service cannot be done, and 50% of the fee still applies. Concerns about a service must be raised within 72 hours, and any correction must be booked within two weeks of the original visit. Refunds are not offered, and the cost of hair is not included in extension prices.
