Options range from a single all-over shade and root touch-ups that cover less than three inches of regrowth or gray, to partial and full foil highlights or lowlights, artistic painted color such as balayage and foilyage, and longer appointments for color correction or a large change from current hair. Toners can be added at the sink, and cuts are offered for women and men.

Extensions are a specialty. Every extension booking starts with a consultation, where pricing, color match and a plan are set, and a deposit of half the quoted total follows. Applications are done on a later day and include BellaMi tape-ins or wefts, Great Lengths k-tip extensions, or Great Lengths tape-ins, which use the same hair as the brand's other method. The hair is 100% virgin human hair, described as ethically sourced and traceable, bonded with keratin, and the bundles are handcrafted in Italy. The tape-in method uses medical grade adhesive. The salon holds Platinum certification as a salon with Great Lengths USA, and according to the salon, its extension brand gives the most natural looking results.

Bridal services include a bridal trial, available to brides with a signed contract, and formal updos. Treatments include an add-on moisturizing mask, a k18 treatment for damaged hair, and a longer QiQi treatment that takes about two and a half hours. Eyebrow and lip waxing are also available. Requests for days and times outside posted hours are considered. Some products are sold in the suite, with more items through an online storefront, and eGift cards come in $10, $20, $25 and $50 amounts or a custom amount.
