The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 8:30am to 9pm and Saturday from 8am to 4pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

Hair services cover cuts, washes and blow dries, color, highlights, treatments, extensions and wigs. Single process color starts at $45 and double process at $80, while partial and full foil highlights start at $85 and $100. Balayage starts at $120, and clients need to name balayage when booking. Color prices do not include a haircut or blow dry finish. Keratin treatments start at $170, and the Magic Sleek Treatment, which is formaldehyde free and smooths hair while reducing frizz, is priced at $100 per hour.

Hair extensions are applied using tape-in, I-Tip or U-Tip methods, using 100% human Remy hair. A consultation is required before booking. Consultations are complimentary, take place in person, and include color matching and a price list with maintenance costs. Top pieces and wigs are also available after a consultation. The Ambience wigs and top pieces are hand-tied on a breathable mesh base and sold with natural fall length.

Bridal services include hair and makeup trials, bridal hair styling, makeup application and formal styling, done at the salon or on site. Bridal hair and makeup trials are recommended 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding. On-site bridal work carries a $100 travel fee per stylist on top of bridal menu prices. Bridal parties of six or more at the salon receive complimentary mimosas and fresh fruit.

The spa next door is run by independent providers who manage their own appointments, so clients contact each provider directly to book. Services there include Glo2 enzyme treatments, traditional European facials, PCA Skin peels, dermaplaning, skincare with licensed providers, laser work, and massage.
