Every visit starts with a consultation to agree on hair goals, how much upkeep the client wants and the overall look. Stylists take time to learn each client's hair type, lifestyle and vision before any service begins. Clients can book online and choose a specific stylist, or let the salon match them with one. Clients who are unsure about a color change or event styling can call the salon for guidance, and a color consultation is free.

Haircuts cover women's cuts such as bobs and layered styles, men's cuts that include fades, scissor cuts and textured crops, and children's cuts, along with blowouts and bang trims between full cuts. Color services include single process all-over color that refreshes or covers grays, foil or balayage highlights and lowlights, balayage with money piece highlights, toner and gloss treatments, and corrections for previous DIY color or unwanted shades. Extensions are done with hand-tied wefts, described as the most popular extension method, along with installation, move-up appointments and removal.

For weddings, proms, graduations, engagement and maternity photos, and galas, the salon offers in-salon styling or on-location styling at a venue, hotel or home. Bridal packages include a bridal trial before the wedding day, and bridesmaid, mother of the bride or groom, flower girl and prom updo styles are also offered. Event looks include updos, curls, braids, buns, chignons and Hollywood waves, designed to hold through dancing, weather and long hours. The salon recommends booking at least two to three months ahead for weddings and prom season, and washing hair the night before. It does not offer makeup but can recommend local makeup artists. The salon says its stylists have styled hundreds of brides, prom-goers and event guests in Penfield, Fairport and Webster.

Recommended timing between visits: haircuts every six to eight weeks (eight to twelve for low-maintenance styles), all-over color touch-ups every four to six weeks, highlights and balayage every eight to twelve weeks, extension move-ups every six to eight weeks, eyebrow waxing every four to six weeks, and Brazilian Blowouts typically last ten to twelve weeks with proper at-home care. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service; cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. The salon says it follows high sanitation standards.
