Lynn Le began cutting hair in Saigon in 2011 and moved to the United States in 2015. After arriving, Lynn worked in hair salons across San Diego before opening an independent practice in a private suite in Escondido.

Lynn completed advanced training at the Sassoon Academy in Beverly Hills. Specialties include balayage, precision haircuts and hair color, with experience working with Asian hair textures. The studio works with all hair types and textures.

Each visit is one-on-one, since the suite has no shared salon floor. Lynn takes time to learn what each client wants before starting work. English and Vietnamese are both spoken with clients.

The menu is grouped into haircuts, hair color, and treatments and finish. Prices shown are starting prices, and the women's perm is priced by hair length and technique, so clients are asked to call first. Work is shared on Instagram under @hair_by_lynn_le.

Lynn takes time to understand what each client wants before any work begins, and the studio works with all hair types and textures.

A private suite with no shared salon floor, so each appointment is one-on-one.
