Services are grouped into haircuts, root color, highlights, balayage, blonding, blowouts and consultations. Color and highlight prices are customized to hair length, density, the amount of product used and the time required, so the quoted price for a service is a starting point rather than a fixed rate. A full color from roots to ends is an extra cost and must be booked as Full Color rather than as a root retouch.
A consultation is a 15-minute session for setting hair goals and a plan, and its $10 fee is credited toward a future color service. Children 8 and under can have a haircut when booked alongside a parent's scheduled appointment.
The studio's stated goal is to help clients get and keep the hair they want.
