The menu covers men's and women's haircuts, single-process and dimensional color, glaze and toner for lightened hair, styling such as shampoo and blow dry and formal updos, a Brazilian Blowout treatment, and quick waxing for brows, cheeks, and chin. Extensions are booked only after a consultation, where pricing is quoted.

The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 9 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Services with foils or balayage include shampoo and blow dry in the appointment time.

Booking policies are set out clearly. A reschedule made more than 24 hours ahead is allowed once at no charge, while a later reschedule carries a fee of 50% of the scheduled services. Cancellations inside 24 hours carry the same 50% fee, and a no-show who has not contacted the salon is charged the full cost of the scheduled services.

Appointments are shaped around each client through a conversation first, and extensions and formal updos are planned in advance rather than booked on the spot.
