Balayage is the salon's signature service, and it includes a blow-dry and refining gloss. Other color options run from root retouches and partial or half-head highlights to full highlights, all-over color with grey coverage, and platinum retouches for blonde hair with little regrowth. Regrowth beyond about an inch may be considered a color correction.

Haircuts come in several levels, from a quick clipper cut to a longer service that starts with a scalp massage, shampoo and hot towel before the cut and styling. Children under 10 can book a small child haircut, and formal styling for prom and events is also offered.

Appointments are booked online, and the salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, Friday and Saturday, and closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Extended hours are available on request. Appointments are confirmed by text one to five business days ahead, and a credit card hold may be placed to reserve a time. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, later cancellations are charged half the service amount, and no-shows are charged in full. Multiple-service bookings, combos and last-minute bookings are held with a credit card.

Each service begins with a consultation, and clients are asked to share their color history and medication use before any chemical service. The salon notes that its stylists are not trained medical physicians.
