The color menu includes Gloss/Tone and Grey Coverage, both starting at $100, and blonding refreshes in two sizes: a partial refresh starting at $150 and a full refresh starting at $200. A color consultation is free. Cutting includes a Full Haircut Experience starting at $60 and a Men's Cut starting at $75. Styling covers a Blowout starting at $75 and an Extension Blowout starting at $95.

Extension services are a large part of the menu. Clients must have an in-person consultation to talk through color, length and style, and the consultation is free. The studio sources the extensions itself from the Exclusive Collection at Bellami Hair, so clients cannot bring their own. Installations start at $150 for one row and rise to $600 for four rows, and move-ups start at $100 for one row and reach $400 for four. Extension removal starts at $50.

A non-refundable deposit is required for every extension service and is applied toward the service. Leah Marr sets the deposit amount individually during the consultation. The deposit is refundable only when an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Bookings are made through Vagaro. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service. If a client is unhappy with a service, the studio will correct it at no added charge when notified within 3 days, and the correction is done by the original stylist.
