A visit begins with the aim of meeting each client's specific needs with a high level of service. Guests also learn how to keep their look up at home, including which recommended hair care products and tools to use.

The menu covers several areas. Healing color includes root touch-ups from $64, foiling from $90 and all-over color at $94, and corrective and fashion colors are priced after a consultation. Extensions come in Halo Couture removable, hand-tied and tape-in styles, custom colored and cut to match each client's hair. Treatments include Lanza, KHO and Moi Moi masques and a Malibu treatment for well water, mineral buildup and chlorine, and waxing covers brows, lip and chin.

Bridal work includes practice and wedding-day styling and makeup, with on-location services available for an additional fee. A refer-a-friend program gives the referrer and a new guest $20 off a service. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday with evening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
