Color is formulated for each client individually, taking into account skin tone, eye color and day-to-day lifestyle. Services include toner, root touch-ups, all-over color and color correction, which is offered for hair that has been damaged, over-processed or colored the wrong shade, whether at home or at another salon. Highlights are customized: balayage is hand-painted, and foil placement is planned for each client. Every highlight visit includes a toner. Cuts and styling cover women's haircuts, shampoo blowouts, blowouts with a flat iron or curls, and perms. Treatments include a conditioning treatment, a Brazilian blowout, and two keratin options.
Every appointment begins with a consultation at no extra charge. Appointments are recommended for all services and walk-ins are not accepted. Bookings can be made online through Square Appointments at hairbykleo.com/book, by phone at (940) 395-4338, or by email. No deposit is required. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice, and a late arrival may mean a shortened appointment. Services can be combined in one visit if this is mentioned at booking so enough time is reserved. Payment is by major credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash, processed through Square. Hours are Monday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM; the salon is closed Sunday.
For clients who are pregnant, the salon advises waiting until after delivery and consulting a doctor before a Brazilian blowout, which is not recommended during pregnancy. Balayage and highlights are generally considered lower-risk, but clients are asked to speak with their OB-GYN before any chemical service.
