Extension clients have their natural hair density, texture and strength assessed before installation, and receive care guidance afterward. In waxing, hard wax is used for delicate areas and soft wax for broader ones, with single-use treatment or full sterilization between clients and first-time clients getting a skin sensitivity consultation.

Services are customized: color formulas are mixed for each client rather than taken from a standard recipe, and special requests and inspiration photos are welcome. The salon says it keeps classic techniques while keeping up with industry innovations.
