Clients book online through the studio's Glossgenius page and can send questions by email. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday with shifting hours each day and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, but it needs approval before the appointment. Services are non-refundable. Color and cut adjustments must be requested within 5 days, and styling adjustments are handled during the same appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows carry a 50% fee, and late arrivals may mean a shorter or rescheduled service.
