Color is the salon's main focus. Offerings cover balayage and blonde work, platinum, bold fashion shades, complete transformations, and grey coverage. A trim or a blow-dry and style is included with each color service. Pricing depends on the artist, and each artist's rates appear on the color page. Starting prices are $150 for all-over color and face-frame color, $195 for partial custom color, $225 for balayage and full custom color, and $250 for platinum.

Extensions are offered as sew-in weft, applied in a beaded row, and as keratin bonds. Sew-in wefts can last six to nine months with maintenance appointments every six to eight weeks, while keratin bonds are worn for up to four months with no maintenance. Four named packages, THE HAIRLINE, THE VOLUME, THE LENGTH and THE TRANSFORMATION, each include the consultation, extension hair, seamless color matching, and cutting, blending and styling. Packages are priced at the 30-minute consultation. A complimentary Wild Card consult is offered, 15 minutes virtually or 30 minutes in person, and virtual color and extension consultations can be booked through the website. Extension adjustments are included for the first seven days after installation, and a bead move-up is available within five weeks of a sew-in, subject to the stylist's assessment of scalp health and hair density. Weft maintenance is only available for extensions installed at the salon. Tape-in maintenance, re-taping and removal of all extension types are also offered, with weft removal starting at $75 and K-tip and tape-in removal starting at $150, each including wash and style.

Cut, style and smoothing services include haircuts, blowouts, event styling and bridal trials. Blowout Club is a monthly subscription in which members buy two blowouts and receive one free, and it can be paused at any time. Gloss with a cut or style, hydrate treatments and Brazilian Blowout smoothing are also available. Booking hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30am to 5pm, Wednesday from 11am to 6pm, and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice. No-shows, and cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours, are charged the full service total. Reduced-price appointments are offered to models who take part in the mentorship program and content creation. The salon is also recruiting stylists who specialize in color and extensions, or who want to build that specialty. Listed prices may change.
