Hair coloring is a large part of the menu. Options include single process color, partial and full foil highlights, balayage, lived-in blonding, all-over glazes and glosses, extra color, and root touch-ups. Permanent color is used for lightening, for changes of more than a shade or two darker, and for covering gray. Foils suit placing several colors and are uncommon on very short hair.

Smoothing options include Brazilian Blowout, which suits frizzy, damaged or processed hair and has been done on every hair type, including permed, Japanese straightened or extended hair. Keratin treatments are offered in 24-hour, three-day and one-hour methods, chosen in discussion based on the client's needs. Japanese straightening is permanent and needs touch-ups about every six months as roots grow in. Brazilian Blowout and keratin results last 10 to 12 weeks with the Açai After-Care Maintenance line or proper aftercare.

Hair extensions are installed by tape-in, fusion, hand-tied or bond methods. Stylists are trained in many extension methods and work with many brands. Clients can book a complimentary consultation before installation covering method, brand, length, custom color, maintenance and pricing. Full head installs require an in-salon consultation, which can be booked online, and existing extension clients can book maintenance appointments online. Extension services are nonrefundable.

Heshi's Beauty Bar inside the salon offers threading, lashes and brows. Bookings for it can be made by calling or texting 781-353-8799 or online through Vagaro. The salon also provides on-site wedding hair and makeup for wedding parties across New England, including on holidays and Sundays.

Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and no-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service price. All services are final sale. Prices vary with hair length, thickness and stylist level; levels 1, 2 and 3 reflect education, experience, demand and continued education certificates. Clients are encouraged to ask their stylist about pricing before a service. Color and chemical services are not booked later than 90 minutes before closing, and other services not later than 30 to 45 minutes before. Hours are 9:30 AM to 8 PM on Wednesdays, 8 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays, and the salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Products and online gift cards are available, and weekly specials and product tips are shared on Instagram and Facebook.
