Consultations for color and for extensions are offered at no charge, and the extension consultation covers how extensions work and how their color is matched for the application.
Clients should cancel at least 24 hours before an appointment. A fee of 30% of the service total applies to no-shows and same-day cancellations. Buy Now, Pay Later financing can be used for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
