Visits are built as personalized sessions booked in time blocks rather than fixed service menus. Clients can book online and choose their own stylist, and anyone unsure where to start can take a matchmaking quiz. Stylists are grouped as Emerging, Established or Expert by level of experience.

Extension work follows a set path: the quiz, then a Color and Texture Matching Session where final pricing is confirmed (it depends on method, length and the grams needed), then installation with a care kit and a maintenance schedule. Elevate packages for volume run from $800 to $1,613, Signature packages for length and volume from $1,605 to $3,230, and Transform packages for maximum impact from $2,155 to $4,650. All packages use the salon's Reserve Collection hair, which the salon says typically lasts 6 to 12+ months with proper care. The salon colors natural hair and custom-blends extension hair, and does not lighten extensions. Extension appointments require a 50% deposit, and Afterpay financing is available.

Cancellations or schedule changes need at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations, no-shows and appointments canceled for lateness are charged 50% of the scheduled service cost, up to $50, and complimentary or adjustment appointments canceled on short notice are charged full price. Credit card payments carry a 3.5% convenience fee, while cash and debit have none, and each ticket includes a 1% Green Circle charge.

Wedding work includes on-site sessions with a complimentary bridal trial run and timeline planning, and in-salon sessions that come with refreshments, travel hairspray and a pin kit. Booking requires a 50% non-refundable retainer within three days to hold the date, and the balance is due two weeks before the event and is non-refundable even if the event is canceled. Services not in the original contract can be added up to two weeks before, and travel fees apply to off-site work.

The salon says its philosophy centers on individuality, integrity and inspiration for each client, with appointments shaped around time blocks rather than preset services.
