The color menu ranges from root touch-ups and a mini foil of about 20 foils at the part line or face, to partial and full foil highlights and lowlights with toner included. All-over solid color that does not need lightener is also offered, as is balayage, a softer, lower-maintenance color that includes lightener, root color and toner. Vivid colors require a consultation first.

Before booking, clients can take a free 15-minute consultation to talk through services and pricing. Women's cuts include a wash and style, and bang trims or face framing are available on their own. Clipper and pixie cuts are not offered. Kids' cuts are priced by age, with separate rates for ages 5 and under and ages 12 and under, for boys and girls.

Styling includes a wash and style finished blown out, straight or curled, and a special occasion style that does not include a wash, so clients should arrive with clean hair or book the wash and style alongside it. Special occasion updos are not offered. A conditioning treatment for dry hair and a gloss or shine treatment with clear gloss or colored toner are also available.

Hours are Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM. The studio is closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.

Booking policies: cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment are charged 50% of the booked service, and no-shows are charged 75%, with a 10-minute grace period after the start time. Rescheduling close to an appointment can carry the same fees. A non-refundable deposit paid at booking replaces the cancellation and no-show fees, and a required deposit must be paid to keep an appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, can be scheduled for delivery, and are final sale.
