Options range from ten foils placed around the face and part line to full foil highlighting or lowlighting across the whole head, along with partial foil work on the upper half of the head and one-color or full balayage. Solid all-over color and root retouches are offered as well, and the salon notes that these solid color services are not blonding. Color correction is available for work that needs fixing, starting at $300 and scheduled for about 210 minutes.

Before some services, the salon offers a free 15-minute color consultation to talk through the color you want. Extension clients can book a free 15-minute extension consultation to discuss extensions, pricing and color. IBE first installs require a consultation before booking.

Other services include women's, men's and children's haircuts, bang trims, wash and style, up-do styling, a wedding trial, conditioning and Malibu treatments, a scalp massage with a hot towel and hand lotion followed by a blow dry, and extension re-taping. Waxing covers the chin, eyebrows, lip, brows, a combined eyebrow and lip service, and a full face wax.

Booking policies are clear. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows and late cancellations are invoiced at 50 percent of the scheduled appointment cost. Clients with an unpaid balance under this policy cannot rebook. Payment can be made through the booking site, which accepts 12 payment methods.
