Kensho Salon offers a wide range of services under one roof in Big Lake. Brow work runs from brow tints and henna tints to microblading, with a two-session microblading process and separate touch-up appointments. About

Hair services include women's haircuts, bang trims, wash and style, heat styling and hair arrangements and updos. Treatments include a detox treatment for metals and chlorine, such as from well water or pools, an intense conditioning treatment, and keratin smoothing that the salon says can last up to five months. Facials cover acne, anti-aging, dermaplaning and microdermabrasion, with express versions of dermaplaning and microdermabrasion, and LED light therapy can be added to a facial. Lash services include classic, hybrid, wet set, volume and mega volume styles, with full sets and fills. Waxing is available for the chin, upper lip and brows.

Color consultations and extension consultations are 15-minute appointments at no charge. The extension consultation does not include any hair being installed, so it is a time to plan. Some services need a deposit, such as $15 for select facials and $50 for new clients booking mega volume or wet set lashes. Deposits are non-refundable, and a 30% fee applies to hair services cancelled or missed within 24 hours, or to permanent makeup services cancelled or missed within 72 hours.
