The salon has served Monticello since 2007 from its location on Highway 25. The space was remodeled in 2021, and a new spa space was added in 2025. Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments can also be booked online; clients who don't receive a confirmation email or text are asked to call the salon.

The head spa is a treatment inspired by Japanese techniques. It combines scalp cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, hydration and massage across the scalp, head, neck, shoulders, hands and arms. The salon says the treatment is meant to improve circulation and relieve stress. Scalp treatments, lash extensions, facials and waxing are also on the menu.

According to the salon, the atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming and suited to families. Bicycle and car parking are both available, and the building is wheelchair accessible. The salon is open on Mondays from 9 AM until 5 PM, runs later from Tuesday through Friday with a 9 AM start and a 7 PM close, opens at 8 AM on Saturdays and finishes at 5 PM, and is shut on Sundays.

The salon says it uses only top-of-the-line products and centers its work on specialty perms and straightening alongside a Japanese-inspired head spa.
