Color work is a large part of the menu. Options include One Step Color and re-touches, glossing, staining with glossing, toner, highlights, zone foil and full foil in several lengths. Shades EQ custom color is available from a Redken stylist, starting at $55 for the base service. Corrective color is priced after a consultation, and the $20 consultation fee is discounted at the time of service and included in the price. Men can book a camo color service for $55 or a men's design cut, which includes shampoo, cut and style, for $30.

Texture and length services include zone perms and perms for above, at and below shoulder length hair, along with relaxers, chemical straightening and semi-permanent and demi-permanent color. Ladies Specialty Services cover hair extensions, feather extensions and Easihair extensions. A Brazilian keratin treatment takes about one and a half hours and costs $50. The salon also offers a paraffin treatment as an add-on, plus clay packs, reconstructors, single process masks and Redken shots. Waxing covers lips, chin and eyebrows, and any two waxing services can be combined for $25. For children, the salon offers a first cut for $10, a fringe trim for $25, and cuts for ages 4 to 7 and 8 to 14.

Clients can book by phone, by email or through an online request form, and the salon asks people to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, or a $25 service charge applies; that charge is credited if the appointment is rescheduled and kept after the 24-hour window. Gift certificates range from $10 to $999 and can be bought online or in the salon, then emailed or printed.
