Extensions are a central part of the business. Jess developed the Eden Method after five years of experience, education, trial and error, and client feedback. Extension installs use hand-tied beaded rows of wefts with no glue or heat bonds, and the Eden Method combines wefts with methods such as K-tips or tapes where needed. Hair is custom-ordered and custom-colored to match each client, and installs include a cut to blend, an at-home care guide and a care walk-through.

Every visit is a one-on-one appointment in a private space, so clients have the salon to themselves. Guests may listen to a podcast, catch up or work during their time in the suite. New clients receive extra appointment time for a consultation on short- and long-term goals, at the same pricing as the standard menu. Consultations are complimentary, in person or digital, and financing for extension hair is available through a third-party lender after the consultation.

Extensions are designed to support natural hair and scalp health, and the salon vets its product companies and suppliers for quality, charitable giving and ethical practices.

Each visit takes place one-on-one in a private suite, giving clients the room to themselves.
