Women's services include cuts, blowouts, color, root work and highlights. Among the longer appointments are a root touchup with a haircut, an all-over color with a cut, and a partial highlight that includes toner and blowdry. A wet cut means hair is washed first and the client leaves with it still damp. Toner-only visits and a money piece, which is foiling limited to the forehead area, are also offered.

Before booking, clients can request a free 15-minute meeting or pay $15 for a consultation about a haircut or color. If a service is booked after a consultation, the fee goes toward it; it is not refunded if no service follows. Prices can shift with hair length, thickness, condition, product use and time required, and final pricing is discussed before service. Payment is due at the visit and accepts cash, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App and credit cards, which carry an extra processing fee.

Clients are asked to disclose known allergies or sensitivities and to give an accurate hair history, since the salon may decline or adjust a service to protect the hair. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice and must be made by text, not through the scheduling app; later cancellations are charged half the appointment cost. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten or reschedule the visit. Additional guests are limited to people receiving a service, and children must be with a responsible adult if they are having a service. Completed services are not refunded, so any concern should be raised within 5 days of the appointment.
