New clients can book a free consultation to talk through a new style or color before the appointment. Chandra chats with clients while she works on their hair and enjoys getting to know each person who sits in the chair. Every hair service includes a head massage with a heated neck towel, and guests can have a snack, a cold drink or hot coffee and use the Wi-Fi.
It includes all-over color, root retouch, partial and full highlights, area foiling and balayage, with dimension and toner listed as extras on top of the starting price. Toner or gloss refreshes can be booked between color services. A September and October color treatment promo is also offered, and Qoat can be added to color services to help hair color last. According to the business, Qoat can protect color for up to 40 washes against fading from washing, heat and UV exposure.
The Cezanne Smoothing Treatment is a longer service, starting at $215 and running 150 minutes or more. It is meant to reduce frizz while keeping natural curl and movement, and the business says it cuts blow-dry time by 33 to 50 percent and lasts four to five months with proper at-home care. The business describes the treatment as non-toxic. Extra product is charged at $20 per ounce beyond two ounces for long or thick hair.
The studio is open Monday and Wednesday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 11 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
