Every service is booked by appointment, a credit card is kept on file, and reservations are recommended at least two weeks ahead. Guests are asked to arrive fifteen minutes early, since a late arrival can mean a shortened or rescheduled service. Every hair appointment includes a stress-relieving treatment, a warm towel for the face and neck, a hand and arm massage, shampoo, conditioning and finishing.

Services cover hair (cuts, color, chemical services, extensions and styling), skin (Dermalogica and Eminence facials, peels, microdermabrasion, micro needling, Nano Infusion and dermaplaning), make-up, lash extensions, waxing from brows to full body, massage, and bridal work. Bridal clients can book in the salon or have the team travel to a location on the wedding day through a mobile service called Beauty Call, which needs at least four people booked and carries a $500 minimum in services.

An in-salon boutique carries hair care, skin care, make-up and supplements from brands including Dermalogica and Moroccanoil, and salon and spa guests save 10% on boutique purchases on the day of a service. The salon is open Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 9 PM, Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sundays. It is hiring and invites applications.

Skin treatments start with a consultation and skin analysis, followed by cleansing, exfoliation and hydration, and then a regimen customized to the client. Staff are encouraged to pursue advanced training and keep current with styles and techniques.
