Hair is the core of the menu. Services include haircuts, a children's cut for ages 10 and under, shampoo blowouts, updos and bridal updos, conditioning treatments, all-over color, foils, balayage, bleach and tone, color plus foils, color correction, perms, smoothing treatments, and hair extensions in bond, tape-in and hand-tied styles. Every service begins with a personalized consultation.

The spa side offers massage in 45, 60 and 90 minute sessions, facials in 45 and 60 minute lengths, makeup lessons, makeup application and bridal makeup, and a full waxing menu. Brow and lash services include brow tint, brow lamination, lash tint, lash tint and lift, eyelash fills and eyelash extensions. Nail services include manicures, petite pedicures, pedicures and a gel polish add-on.

Wedding parties need a $150 deposit and a credit card number to book. Appointments cancelled or moved with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half the service price, and no-shows without notice are charged in full. If a client is not satisfied, the salon offers a 2-week window for color adjustments and a 1-week window for haircuts. Services are not refunded once completed. Payment is taken in store by cash, gift card or major credit card. The salon is open Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed Saturdays.

The salon also runs Kai Boutique, which sells a curated selection of clothing, accessories and handmade gifts from local artisans and small businesses.
