Amberlyn has worked in the hair industry for 12 years, and much of that time has centered on men's hair. The menu is organized into haircuts, color, men's grooming, styling, treatments, trims, waxing, add-ons, consultations and packages, and the studio is growing to cover a wider range of hair needs, including women's cuts and color.

The salon's color menu covers full gray coverage, a gray blending option for clients who want less upkeep than traditional gray coverage, and a demi-permanent camo gray blending service for men. Other offerings include highlights, hand-painted balayage, and blonde retouch and toner work. Blonding work starts with a complimentary consultation that looks at goals, timeline, pricing and maintenance. That consultation is a must for anyone booking a platinum transformation, a significant color correction, or blonding for the first time.

The Keratin Smoothing Treatment uses the Peter Coppola alpha-keratin smoothing treatment. It starts at $299, takes about four hours or more, and includes a clarifying cleanse, a customized keratin treatment and a blow-dry and flat-iron finish. The studio says results can last up to three months with proper aftercare, and recommends a consultation for first-time guests.

Booking policies are worth knowing before a visit. A 30% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Packages are booked on the services page, and package credits apply automatically at checkout.
