The menu is grouped into hair services, extensions and treatments. Hair services run from bang trims and children's and men's cuts through women's cuts, blowouts, formal styling and bridal styling, then into color, foil highlights, hand-painted balayage, accent weaves, perms and keratin treatments, with several options to pair color or perms with a cut. Hairtalk extension services cover consultations, applications with a cut, removals and removal with a reapply, and in-service treatments include a gloss mask, Olaplex or K18, Lanza Emergency Treatment and a toner refresh.

Appointments are a chance to learn as well as to have hair done, since Amy shares how-to and styling tips with clients along the way. She describes the service as an elevated experience that is informative and entertaining. Consultation fees for the bang trim and hair consultation are small, and any payment taken for a consultation goes toward future services.

Booking notes: cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a cancellation made with less notice is charged 50% of the services booked. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday 11 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 11 AM to 5 PM; the suite is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
