The salon works with a wide range of hair, including thin, coarse, curly, straight, dry and oily hair. Its color menu covers balayage, ombre, highlights and low lights, with keratin and deep conditioning treatments also offered. Balayage is hand-painted bleach for a soft, faded look, and it is designed to show fewer obvious regrowth lines than traditional foil highlights. Ombre moves gradually from a natural dark root to lighter ends, and on lighter natural hair the roots may be darkened first.

Color is offered in semi-permanent and demi-permanent formulas. Semi-permanent color fades in about a month, while demi-permanent color can help darken gray hair but works less well on light hair. Most color services grow out over four to six weeks. The keratin treatment restores keratin protein to the hair to improve its sheen, and the salon says results can last up to six months.

Texture work includes perms, partial perms, spiral perms, chemical straighteners and a textured hair relaxer, plus detangling and roller sets for textured hair. Haircuts for men and women are done with razor or pointed-cut scissors where texturizing is needed. The salon states that its stylists are licensed professionals. Hours are Monday to Friday 10AM to 7PM and Saturday 9AM to 5PM, with the salon closed on Sunday.
