Haircuts are priced by stylist level, from children's cuts and men's cuts through junior, senior and master stylist services. Color work includes glossing, retouching and color correction, which requires a consultation first. Highlighting runs from mini-highlighting and Sunglitz through partial and full highlights to mini, partial and full balayage. Texture services include perms, specialty perms, keratin treatment, blow outs and hair extension consultations. Waxing covers brows, chin, lip and sideburns.

Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to check in and are encouraged to book their next visit before leaving. Complimentary refreshments are served. Children may receive services, though childcare arrangements are preferred for safety and a relaxing visit. Cell phones are asked to stay silenced outside the reception area.

Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and no-shows are charged the full value. Payment is due at the end of the service and can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or debit card. Gift cards come in any dollar amount but are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, must be shown at check-in, and sales are final. Card retail purchases can be refunded within 7 days; after that, exchanges or store credit apply. Cash and check retail purchases are limited to exchange or store credit. Gratuity is left at the client's discretion, with envelopes provided. Prices may change without notice.
