New clients fill out a form and bring photos of their current hair and the looks they like, which helps the team plan the appointment. The salon describes its mission as friendly, personal service from skilled and creative professionals, with the goal of clients feeling good in their own hair in a comfortable, relaxing and updated setting.

The color menu includes full color, retouches, toners and gloss, and partial or full foil appointments, with haircut and style included. Full foil work is customized dimensional placement across the whole head, using highlights, balayage or teasylights. Haircuts include a professional blowout, and there are also standalone blowouts. Treatments include Kerastase Fusio-Dose, a shine gloss, and two keratin smoothing options. Hand-Tied and K-Tip extensions are offered as well.

Pricing is given as a starting point. It can rise with hair length, the stylist chosen, additional color, products, Olaplex and treatments, so the final quote is set at consultation, and color correction is also priced then.

Every stylist starts through the salon's Associate Program, which is built for recent cosmetology school graduates and includes continued education and mentorship. Stylists are also expected to attend workshops to keep up with trends and techniques. According to the salon, its staff is what makes the service the best, and it says it won Best of The City in 2022 and 2026 and was runner-up in 2021.

Every appointment begins with an in-depth consultation, and products are chosen to suit each client's hair type. Stylists are trained through an education-first program that keeps them current.
